Expanding on their commitment toward education, TCEI donated a $1,000 technical training session to be used towards the continuing education of telco personnel. Company attendees participating in the technical seminars were eligible to win the scholarship for their company to be used for training of their choice. The 2009 Expo Training Scholarship winner was GVTC Communications. Congratulations!
