Registration Policy

Attendees must be registered for EXPO 2012 in order to exhibit, enter the exhibit hall or participate in the golf outing. Exhibiting companies must remit payment with registration form in order to secure booth(s).

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made in writing and received by TCEI staff by March 2, 2012. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will NOT be refunded.

Photograph/ Video Disclaimer

Texas Communications Expo Inc. (TCEI) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by TCEI, without the expressed written permission of the registrant or exhibitor included within the photograph/video.

TCEI may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by TCEI including but not limited to: marketing materials, websites, newsletters, etc.

Any registrant or exhibitor desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact the TCEI office in writing of his/her intentions.
