Decorator Information

Exhibit Space includes:

• 8-foot clothed (white) table
• 2 folding chairs
• 8-foot high backdrop (red and blue)
• One 125 VAC outlet (exhibitors should provide their own extension cord(s))
• One identification sign

Shipping Information

Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping arrangements. Expo does not contract with a shipping agent. FedEx and UPS will be onsite on Thursday to collect outgoing shipments. All other freight companies must be contacted to schedule a pick-up by exhibit personnel. TCEI is not responsible for lost shipment.

Exhibit materials may be delivered between March 29 and April 6, 2010 to the Bell County Expo Center.
